Refund policy
Returns:
Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Roveri. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact us to assist you with any issues you may have. You may return or exchange the product for up to 7 calendar days upon the delivered date. Once we receive your package, your refund(s) will be issued within 7 business days from the day your return is completed.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label, contact us by email at: info@roverieyewear.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the item is returned for a refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from www.roverieyewear.com with the order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@roverieyewear.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Pre-orders: All Pre-orders are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@roverieyewear.com to request a free return label.

International orders:
Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States are eligible for a return, however, duty and taxes are non-refundable.
When returning items to Roveri Eyewear after receiving an RMA (return merchandise authorization), please make sure to ship with any necessary Duties and Taxes prepaid. Duties and taxes incurred on items being returned to Roveri Eyewear will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail the product to Roveri Eyewear 707 E. Ocean Blvd #1001 Long Beach, 90802 CA.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item for a refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
